The Oil

  • Right here in Slovenia, Vipava Valley — 100% EU made.

  • We farm organically and sustainably. Due to the cost of certification for a small family operation, we are not yet formally certified — but we are actively pursuing it.

  • Absolutely. Olipard oil is 100% plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.

  • One year from the bottling date for the best flavour. You'll find the best-by date printed on the bottle.

  • Store in a cool, dry place (15–20°C), away from sunlight and heat to preserve freshness and flavor.

  • No. Olipard contains none of the nine major food allergens (egg, fish, milk, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, sesame, or wheat). Just pure, cold-pressed olive oil — nothing else.

Ordering

  • Reach out via the contact form or email us directly at [email protected]. We'll confirm availability, share details, and send a payment link. Every order is handled personally.

  • We send a secure payment link to process credit card payments. For corporate, bank transfer is available on request.

  • Yes — we offer curated bundles for brands, special events, and client gifting. Contact us at [email protected] for volume pricing and packaging options.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way. If heat or cold could affect the oil's quality, we may delay shipping. Your bottle deserves better than a compromised journey.

  • Each bottle is protected in sustainable, shock-resistant packaging designed to handle the journey.

  • Currently, we ship within the EU and select countries. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll confirm.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products under ZVPot-1. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Adopt a Tree

  • It's an annual membership that connects you directly to a tree in our grove. You support the growth of our olive estate and reforestation.

  • We issue your tree ownership certificate. You'll also receive GPS coordinates of your tree, private access to our grove map, seasonal updates and photos, and a 500ml harvest bottle once per year.

  • Not individually. We assign you a tree based on the current planting and harvest cycle. Each one is unique, and all are cared for with the same hands.

  • You'll receive a bottle once per year, following the harvest season — typically in late autumn.

  • You can cancel it at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Your membership remains active until the end of your current annual cycle.

  • Yes — it's one of the most meaningful gifts we offer. When you gift a tree, your recipient becomes a Grove Keeper. Email us at [email protected] and we'll handle the rest.
