Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Olipard. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, we are not responsible if any information on this site is incomplete, or outdated.

All products are handcrafted and seasonal. Slight variations in colour, texture, and flavour profile may occur between batches. This is a natural characteristic of small-batch production, not a defect.

Orders are placed via email and confirmed personally. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Payment is required before dispatch via third-party payment link. We accept major credit cards. For corporate orders, bank transfer is available on request.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order reflecting inaccurate pricing.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.

We may delay shipping during extreme heat or cold to protect the quality of the oil.

Olipard is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Due to the perishable nature of olive oil, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products under ZVPot-1. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

The Adopt a Tree programme is an annual membership, renewed manually each year.

The service is considered fulfilled immediately upon payment confirmation — at which point your tree ownership certificate is issued. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that the service is fulfilled immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal under ZVPot-1 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply.

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle. You retain access to all membership benefits, including the annual harvest bottle, through the remainder of that period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a paid cycle. Once the annual harvest sample has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard no-return policy due to its perishable nature.

Olipard reserves the right to modify the programme terms or discontinue it with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, a proportional refund will be issued for the unused period.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, product names, and trademarks — is the property of Olipard and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or sell any content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olipard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
